Objective:
The objective of this training unit is to give an overview of some of the specialist coatings used for corrosion control.
These specialist coatings are used throughout the globe in various locations including hazardous environments such as pipelines, tank and vessel linings and areas of limited access.
Lesson 2 - History of Pipe Coatings
Objective:
The objective of this training unit is to give a basic understanding of the use and progression of external pipe coatings.
Some field joint coatings are also examined.
Lesson 3 - Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coatings for Pipeline Protection

The objective of this training unit is to give a basic understanding of the protection of pipe, fittings and field joints using fusion bonded epoxy powder coatings (FBE).
